ACE sas assumes no responsibility, of any nature, with regard to users’ access to the Site or their use of its contents.

This website is managed by ACE sas. ACE sas respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
Subject to any rights granted to users under other applicable national or international laws, these terms of use of the Site are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted in accordance with the same (except for its conflict of law rules), including any dispute concerning the existence, validity, and effectiveness of these terms of use of the Site and any other agreement referencing them. To the extent outlined above, the competent court to settle any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use of the Site and any other agreement referencing them will be the Court of Venice.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy became effective on 12/04/2024. The Company reserves the right to partially or fully modify the Privacy Policy or simply update its content (e.g., following changes in applicable law). The Company will publish any updates on this website.
